Didn't have any contact with the seller, but I had to include this in my review.

Walmart is a hassle free place to buy online. Speedy delivery. Read reviews first though. Walmart good at getting orders to you swiftly but they don't know quality of 3rd party product. And always look at where/who its coming from. In example, I ordered a Turducken for Thanksgiving, Walmart did charge me more than seller would have. It came from Creole Foods. Still mad about that. FYI, Turducken is a Turkey stuffed w/ chicken stuffed w/ duck, and then your choice of stuffing, like shrimp jambalaya. Yum.

The seller has a description of an item far from the one that I received. Aside from the actual looks of the slippers, which are spot on! BUT, they're made of cheapest foam, along with what feels like a piece of cardboard under there, then covered by fabric. The fabric has small dots al over it, and I'm assuming they are referring to those as the anti-skid points. However, they're not skid proof and they're not at all safe for using in a spa environment as someone is going to certainly injure themselves (I don't care how graceful you are!). This is an honest review from a top reviewer across multiple platforms.

bought for my so. as a fun gift. he loved them. not the highest quality material but the price was right.

They need a more detailed size chart and options. The first pair I got were women’s, not mens.

The slippers are more like ballet type, with no real sole. More like a sock than a slipper.

Everything went well with the seller. I ordered 4 shirts and this one was a bit small for the size, but the other 3 were perfect.
