Item broke after first use. It was a Christmas gift so by the time we used it the 15 day return policy was up. They referred us to Epson who has said they won’t exchange it because we didn’t buy from an Epson store. So far it looks like I’m out $294 on the 3 pages it printed out before it broke.

The unit arrived earlier than expected! The packaging was secure and nothing was broken or missing.

I purchased a used refurbished HP printer! I didn't know and would never have bought it for almost $600 if I knew it was used!! and fixed!!! ridiculous!!!! sux!!!!

Shipped quickly, but never responded to my phone call.

I sent back the busted printer and they returned my money.

No immediate refund I had to call and was told it would not be forthcoming until the unit was "checked out". It was delivered inoperable whats to check out?

I am giving three stars as I don't know whose fault it was that the box and packaging was destroyed. I took pictures before removing the printer. If it was at all damaged, it would have gone back right away.

They went above and beyond what was expected. I appreciate the quality service they provide from beginning to end.

Do not take responsibility for their product or problems.
