Twice I have ordered a full set of sheets with 250 thread count and received a set with 800 thread count! TWICE!! My initial set (the correct one) was very nice so I wanted another set. So when I received the second set, I had to return it because it was 800 thread count. I waited a while and ordered again, thinking this mistake wouldn't be repeated. Wrong! I just received another set with 800 thread count and not the 250 I ordered. Seller cannot accurately fulfill orders. BTW I hate 800 thread count since it does not wear well - too delicate. I love 250 because it wears very well.

Second request I live in an extremely secure gated community. ANYONE that enters are carefully documented with name, license plate and car mfg and model. Security has looked all logs for the whole week and NO ONE came into the community dropping a package ON OR AFTER JULY 17. I PAID FOR THESE SHEETS AND I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR A FULL REFUND

I ordered two sets of sheets. I received one that messaged them and I have not heard anything and has been 3 days. I understand that's the weekend and the holiday weekend. but an email doesn't take anything as a small business owner, sometimes you work on the weekends.
