I cant even really give them a rating . i order a product i was told that i was to receive but didnt receive . The feedback i was getting from walmart its on time to coming early,thensaying delivery completed aletter saying the product was going to be delivered. Not completed i have no product or refund.

I ask for the mattress to be shipped to another address that didn't happen and I asked for it to be sent to another address three times

After a detailed description along with photos of the product I received, I have had no response from Dream Solutions. I don't believe I received the product that was advertised on the Wal-Mart site, and it was damaged when I received it.

I am very satisfied with this product. It was delivered earlier than expected. Thank you. the mattress provides a restful goodnights sleep.

I would recommend not to purchase mattresses from this company

I ordered a full size, ready to use gentle firm two-sided mattress with fully assembled box spring. This seller sent a mattress in a box and an assemble it yourself box spring, in TWO separate shipments. Then they only provided ONE of the two tracking numbers to Walmart. So when I requested to return the 2 boxes, I only got ONE FedEx return label. Am I supposed to tape the 2 heavy boxes together?

company said the label feel off in shiping, however postage was attached showed it was a 1 oz envelope mailed from New York, nothing but a scam.

they did not ship when they said they would it didn't ship until the day it was actually supposed to arrive at my home and then it arrived late on that shipment.

Walmart and the seller really have to get together about the delivery process. Walmart texted that the mattress would arrive on Monday, June 16., and since I am 73 years old and not strong, I arranged for help when it was delivered. Instead, I got a surprise delivery on June 12, with no one to help me. Then I got another text from Walmart on the 16th saying my mattress had been delivered! It was raining cats and dogs that day, and all could think of was they had shipped a second mattress by mistake and it was out in the rain getting soaked. I volunteer at a hospital and when I got the text I panicked and left my shift early to rush home. There was no box and no delivery. I called the neighbors to check and they’d seen no delivery truck. A few days later I got a letting from the shipping department at the company saying my mattress had been shipped and I would get a phone call from the delivery company to set up a time for delivery. It was a fiasco. You people’s need to communicate better.
