Walmart and the seller really have to get together about the delivery process.
Walmart texted that the mattress would arrive on Monday, June 16., and since I am 73 years old and not strong, I arranged for help when it was delivered. Instead, I got a surprise delivery on June 12, with no one to help me. Then I got another text from Walmart on the 16th saying my mattress had been delivered! It was raining cats and dogs that day, and all could think of was they had shipped a second mattress by mistake and it was out in the rain getting soaked. I volunteer at a hospital and when I got the text I panicked and left my shift early to rush home. There was no box and no delivery. I called the neighbors to check and they’d seen no delivery truck.
A few days later I got a letting from the shipping department at the company saying my mattress had been shipped and I would get a phone call from the delivery company to set up a time for delivery.
It was a fiasco. You people’s need to communicate better.
