I've emailed this company twice about a keychain I ordered that never arrived, and according to their delivery service, USPS its been sitting in Massachusetts since April 11th with no movement! Infinity Collections' failure to respond to both of my emails within Walmart's 48 policy leaves me no alternative but to file a complaint against them and their horrible customer service!!!!
