False Advertisement I've had issues with my vacuum taking over 24 hours to charge. I've cleaned the connections, all the sensors, changed the outlet and nothing. I emailed the seller, and at first, they offered an exchange, then came back and said all their units are refurbished, and they don't have new ones. So, we are being scammed thinking we are buying new and paying an upcharge, when in fact I have an email from them stating that all their units are refurbished

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with the Verdi. The ARRIS SURFboard arrived as described, was packaged well, and everything was in good condition. No issues with the order or delivery, and the modem has been working great. I would buy from this seller again.

Quería saber qué tengo que hacer ya que el producto que compré no sabía que era reparado y que dejo dejó de funcionar dos días después de la garantía, lo llevé a Walmart y no tuve respuesta porque había caducado la garantía.
