shipping was really fast received there within 2 days

It broke the first time I used it!! When I stood it back up the plastic piece broke and the hose connecting the bottom to the top slip in half so the base with the beater bar just dangles there so all that money for nothing

I bought refurbished headphones-the right ear wasn’t working from the start. I called Bose and after troubleshooting, Bose sent new headphones. Verdi was disingenuous in sending faulty headphones that were advertised as in like new condition. Bose 10 stars for making it right.

Not sure if it's the item or Comcast but it has been nothing but a headache either way. It drops the wifi signal or it has to be reset frequently. So just a heads up if you have Comcast I don't recommend this item. It is on their ok'd list but it's not really. The product itself may be fine with another service just not Comcast.

I had no personal contact with the seller. Which in my opinion is a good thing, because everything went perfectly. Item was delivered on time looked brand new. I've had no problems with the JBL Party Box Speaker, thank you. I would definitely buy from the seller again %26 would absolutely recommend.

Came when it was promised, that's good. The box however was not sealed but that was not a problem this time. A little tape on the box flap wouldn't hurt. There was also not a gold reusable filter in the box as promised in the listing on line. This is just honest feedback for the seller.
