Arrived early. I love this Dell. Looks brand new, no scratches at all. I like that it's fast and the screen is clear and bright. I just added a few writing and proposal building programs and I'm good to go. I can take this laptop with me everywhere to work online or off. Fast and reliable. Thank you

Not very good shipping, Box was broken, busted. Computer was not covered on all four corners and shipping peanuts where all over the place. The contents in the box moved around several times during shipping time. I am happy it still looked good and worked after that ride.
