Five days late apparently lost my address after I told them it four times and they ignored all of my calls over the span of three separate days

The JBL Flip 6 arrived and appeared to be the real thing, but when I played music through it, it sounded muffled, missing the highs I'm used to with JBL Bluetooth speakers. I own 3 of them. I even tried adjusting the sound using the EQ in the JBL Portable app, but it didn't help. So, I called JBL customer service to try and troubleshoot, but that didn't help either. JBL customer service was setting me up for a warranty replacement and asked me for a receipt and serial number of the product. After providing the same and checking the serial number, JBL customer service informed me that the JBL Flip 6 was counterfeit and did not qualify for their manufacturer warranty replacement. Thus, I returned the product to Walmart for refund. Buyer Beware!!
