I am extremely disappointed with this seller. I placed two separate orders and paid a very high price, expecting healthy plants. Instead, one order arrived as nothing more than a bag of soil with a dead root, and the second plant arrived in terrible condition, with decomposing leaves and severe decline already underway. For the amount of money charged, the quality was completely unacceptable. These were not healthy plants that suffered during shipping. They appeared to be dead or in advanced deterioration before they even reached me. What makes this even more frustrating is that, after reading other reviews, it is clear that customers have been reporting similar issues for some time. The seller appears to be aware of ongoing quality and service problems, yet customers continue to receive dead or severely damaged plant material. Rather than providing meaningful help, the responses to customer concerns seem defensive and dismissive. I believe I deserve a full refund. Customers should not be paying premium prices for dead roots, bags of soil, and plants that are already decaying upon arrival. Sellers have a responsibility to provide healthy plants and to support customers when problems occur. I will not purchase from this seller again and strongly encourage other buyers to read the reviews carefully before spending their money here.

Horrible way to ship a plant. Could have at least had it growing crowded in a small pot???
