THIS "SOFT PADDED" CUSHION IS ANYTHING BUT SOFT; JUST AS HARD AS THE PLASTIC SHOWER CHAIR. IT IS ALSO NOT "NON-SLIP". IT IS ALSO THINNER THAN ADVERTISED, WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO THE NON-SOFT. JUST VERY DISAPPOINTING ALL AROUND AND DEFINITELY NOT AS ADVERTISED. UNFORTUNATELY, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, SO BE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU EXPECT THIS TO BE AS ADVERTISED BY THE SELLER.

The product is a good product. It just has a couple of things that should be fixed on the legs where the sidebar attaches to it. There’s a class that has screw sticking out of it and it’s sharp and I’ve hurt myself on a couple of times they need to have some kind of cap over it

delivered quickly and well boxed for UPS shipping.

Delivery was great. Just wish there was a way to adjust the back so it wasn’t so upright. It is way too uncomfortable.

Hared it. The fit was okay but it still hurt my foot.

I actually love the company so far. Spoke to a customer service person and they were very helpful

Not much to tell. Item is what it claims to be. So far it's sturdy and mounts perfectly to the toilet.

delivery on time, product exactly as pictured, very happy with purchase

No foot rests included, they are clearly on the picture of the item
