The description incliluded the new ES mat, the photo also showed it. However did not come with this purchase. When I emailed the seller, they sent the link that shows the item with the new mat along with the description. i emailed them again, and no response.

This company did an excellent job getting back to me answering all the questions that I had. The 166 spools of thread was missing from the original shipment, I contacted them and they sent it right out. I am very pleased with them. I would definitely buy from Swing LTD again.

DONT BUY FROM THEM!! ESPECIALLY PRICEY ITEMS LIKE I DID!! if you look at the reviews multiple customers have had issues with returning the item back to them, even if it's unopened like mine. They my order in separate boxes and one of them is so big i can barely put my arms around it to lift it. They are expecting me to pay $200 to return 2 unopened boxes. They do this on purpose so customers have trouble returning the items and miss the 30 day window and have not choice but to keep the item. I have tried to contact walmart to help with the return or to help provide a return shipping label. they haven't helped me either. I bought from walmart because I thought that walmart would only partner with companies that would have the same return policy as walmart and it would make it easy for customers to return. This makes me not want to ever buy anything online from walmart. seems like neither company want to help customers
