They sent the wrong item. I ordered everything perfectly. Exact model number, everything.Totally their fault. I had no access to a printer of shipping supplies. Couldn't return item . I was forced to keep the wrong reel. A excellent reel, but not what I ordered. I'm disabled in a wheelchair. You think they would have given me a break?
