I purchased the Pixel Buds Pro 2 from Deals Daily and have had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to return them. Despite multiple attempts, the return process has been a nightmare. The only return option I was given was to bring the item to a Walmart store—which is not even possible in NYC, where I live, since there are no Walmart locations here.
I contacted customer service and received a response from a representative named Elizabeth, who claimed a return label was available. However, the provided label link leads to a blank page and doesn’t open at all.
After several attempts and wasted time trying to get a functioning return label, I’m still left without a resolution. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to escalate the matter through my credit card company.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online seller. I will never purchase from Deals Daily again and strongly recommend others avoid them if they care about post-purchase support and basic customer service.
