Great as long as the computer works and do what it needs to do!

Everything seemed to be just fine, until the machine began to refuse to turn on after it went into sleep mode. It's a restored laptop which shouldn't start out with a big problem like this. I've had refurbished/restored laptops since 2010 and this is the first time I've been disapppointed and returned it for a refund.

The only complaint I have is it took a while to get the laptop, but their work was great! I didn't communicate with them but they kept me informed about the status of my order. everything was pretty standard.

i couldn't find my product key to take the computer out of S mode.

The seller will not send a return label for this computer which has a flaw in it, I have reached out several times with no reply and it has been more that 48 hours, I have a computer which I cannot use but they have charged me for it, it has to be returned by 01/22/2026 or they will keep my money.
