Four Seasons Pool Supply

The company called ahead to verify our address was correct before they would send the product. They explained how the product would come in two separate shipments and the details of what to expect. I really enjoyed working with this company.

Arrived broken and they were a pain to deal with to get it replaced. Haven’t made it a year and the big heavy duty hose is separating from the connection and leaking. They will not give me a replacement and just direct me to the actual manufacturer. They tell me it’s the seller and so does Walmart, but they refuse to help and just point fingers. After going round and round with everyone they just responded with the main hose isn’t covered under their warranty even though it’s a defect. Beware of these third part companies that sell on Walmart.com.
