shipping great arrived early all parts in box poor design for attaching bottom step notches covered and the locks on step to small to stay in place

Wish they were delivered together, received the ladder days later to go with the stairs.

The instructions are hard to read, and you don’t inform people that you have to cut it with us all and put sand in it and all that good stuff so no this is not a ladder that anyone needs unless you’re a handyman

I bought these to try in our inground pool this summer for the first time. The reviews were positive. we have had an unseasonably cool beginning to summer, without much sun. we are now having "feels like temps" in the 100s. The difference is remarkable. Even the deep end of the pool warmed in within a few days. I love that they do not require inflation. Even for an older person, such as myself, I dont struggle putting them and taking them out of the pool.
