I've contacted the seller three times because they stop pairing I bought the extended warranty from Walmart but that doesn't take effect till a year and AppleCare won't accept the receipt that Walmart gave the seller keeps just responding which generic responses that aren't helpful at all so 3 weeks into dealing with it and I can't get a receipt from anybody to take advantage of the warranty ridiculous and I haven't even got a response in the last email

Don’t buy from this seller. The left headphone doesn’t work from the second I took it out of the sealed box and they want to charge a 15% restocking fee. They won’t just replace them. Do yourself a favor and ge them elsewhere.

0/10 highly don’t recommend! I purchased Powerbeat Pros for my father. We charged them overnight and tried them out. The next morning only one earbud worked. We then charged them again to see if there was an issue possibly how they were placed in the case but still nothing. There is no way of contacting this seller. I should’ve read the reviews before hand more thoroughly. I would’ve stayed away. Please purchase your electronics in person at your retail store.
