I had contacted Light Spectrum because I wasn't seeing the traditional 'blue light' emitted in the Air Handler view port. I was wondering if my new lamp wasn't working. Their customer service was fast and efficient, and assured me it was working, as the newest bulbs don't emit a strong blue light. Working with GEMINI Ai chatbot, I was pretty satisfied that the replacement Lamp was working well, and preventing black mold from growing !

They sent a wrong projector bulb. They sent a DFF bulb and I ordered a DJL bulb. I can not find where to send it to get a DJL bulb. I ordered it through Walmart.

Thank you so much to this seller for keeping older but essential items like this in stock. Take this from someone who has a microfiche reader in the closet that she can’t stand to get rid of. Thank you for making it possible for me to see pictures of my husband when he was a little kid wearing silly hats.
