So disappointed. First the vanity came in 3 different boxes, understandable because it can already assembled. Then the boxes came a week apart, okay not their fault that shipping works the way it does. I opens the boxes and I received 2 damaged drawers, okay not their fault that boxes were mishandled. I contacted the company numerous times for a replacement and notified the seller within the required 48 hour damage policy they have but yet I still received no response or update for my claim. I sent photo documentation, order confirmation, shipping and tracking verification, and I kept all original packaging per their policy. I contacted them via email, contact form on the website, the Walmart support team via email and also on the Walmart website., and called over and over 2 different phone numbers. It's incredibly disappointing to fall in love with a product and have such high expectations of such a reputable company, only to be let down and disappointed. I still would really like the vanity, but my fear of receiving a damaged item again and not receiving any resolution is keeping me from purchasing again. If it had not been for Walmart coming to the rescue (as always), I know I'd be out $2,000 and stuck with a damaged unusable vanity. (Well technically I'm still stuck with a damaged unusable vanity). I contacted Walmart support throughout the entire process to express my concerns and they were always helpful and kind and patient. Walmart truly takes care of their customers and I'm extremely thankful I purchased through Walmart. If I hadn't I'd still be trying to get a hold of the seller. A month of being in limbo with no answers was all I could take. Thank you Walmart. You are the best!
