Unacceptable. When you order from them, they see it's out of stock and just send you something else instead. They do this rather than updating their page to reflect their stock. This is the word-for-word email they sent me, where they say they assumed I wanted something else since "most people want that." "Sorry we are out of 20in, and shipped 24in to you. If it's too long, you may cut off a little. Since the majority wants longer hair, and we assumed that should work to you. let me know if you need anything else. Have a good day." And you may think oh it's not that bad, just return it! Well, now that adds an errand to my list, to drive across town to return something I literally didn't ask for. Super uncool.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. What I ordered was “Hair Straightener Curling Iron 2 in 1 Tourmaline Ceramic Twisted Flat Iron for All Hair” and received a regular flat iron.
