Please look at the product on the buyer’s hair. It’s not a good look. Looks like heavy dust

The item was marked as delivered, but I never actually received it. I checked around my property, mailbox, and nearby doors because I thought it may have been misdelivered, but unfortunately it was nowhere to be found. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying this product. I’m not sure whether the issue happened during delivery or with the carrier, but my experience with this transaction was frustrating overall. I did receive a full refund through Walmart however, I won’t be reordering this product due to the frustration of not receiving it. I’d rather move on.
