Disappointing — Received an Open Box Item I was excited to receive the Calvin Klein One Eau De Toilette Spray, especially since I purchased it on sale. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package and found that the perfume had already been opened. The packaging did not look like a new, unopened product, and this is not what I expected when buying a brand-new item. Being on sale does not mean customers should receive an opened or previously handled product. A discounted item should still arrive sealed and in proper condition. I expected a new bottle, not something that looked like it had been opened before. The product itself may be good, but the condition it arrived in was unacceptable. Please make sure customers receive properly sealed items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOREVERLUX. Purchased perfume. The tiny spray top was missing. Emailed details through Walmart simply requesting sprayer top. They wanted me to jump through hoops. Nope. Don’t have time for that crap. Sent it back through Walmart. Do not recommend them. Horrible customer service.
