Terrible car seat - difficult to use. Does not turn to face the door which was the whole point of purchase. Could not return bc 30 day window passed. Again, TERRIBLE product.

I ordered the plum color and they sent the lilac instead and didn’t notify me beforehand. I’m keeping it but they should have given me the choice to accept substitute
