This PC worth the money. Are really good fast and enough for literally all. Running smooth and I'm very satisfied with the fps and how fast I can run a lot games and multi tasks. I recommended 💯 about the shipping the ups need to have more care about the heavy products like this because the box come with damages

SSD bracket was broken. No heat shield for my SSD. Cords were shoved into bottom of case, would have wrapped in fan if I didn't inspect everything prior. No Windows key, no information on serial numbers on internal parts. For two thousand dollars...You think you'd get quality. Won't be buying from them again. Tried contacting them about these issues and had no response, hung up on, redirected to a line that was busy. Just wow.

I’m having issues with a computer purchased last month (September 2024), I’ve left multiple voicemail and have sent emails to the seller and still no response.

Seller forgot to ship the item on time. The item itself was fine, not problems with it.

The computer is as listed, but shipping is bad, it was delayed 3 times from when it was to be delivered.

computer never arrived. they refuse to help. fedex says contact shipper, ibuypower says we got your money so not our problem.

The seller sent the computer protected very well. No issues. No broken parts. Great seller, for real!

Love this brand of computers. My last ibuypower lasted over 8 years

The only problem I forgot to mention is your monitor must be 4k to boot. I used my TV and then set display to 1920x1080.
