Quality of product is poor! Pads shed easily. I used this product for 2 years while caring for my family member and never had a problem.

Seller is a scammer. They have a long track record of listing an item for being a multipack and then only sending one item, all while charging the price for a multipack. Will try to pocket the price difference without making it right. Super dissatisfied with their customer service and I hope everyone who has received the same crappy service reports them and gets them taken off Walmart Marketplace.

We never received the product and was told to call UPS, ask about the delivery coordinates and to speak to the driver. No picture was taken only a statement that it was delivered. The company will not send another pair to replace the missing ones.
