What a cheat! You charge me five dollars for shipping and five dollars for the milk that’s $10 for a melted box of milk duds! You can put this box in the fridge all you want to, but they’re melted before they get here so that doesn’t matter and you’re just screwing people! Shame on you! No ethics! And now, we have to take it to the store… We had it delivered for a reason we don’t go to the store because I have health issues! I can’t say shame on you enough times! Nobody is saving or smiling!

reply from Smile 'n' Save

Hello GGH! I am sorry to hear that your Milk Duds arrived melted. I have gone ahead and issued a full refund without the need for return. I encourage you to contact sellers with any issues. We prefer resolving issues to your satisfaction. Of course, we do our best to prevent any issues, but when they do happen, we do everything we can to fix it. I appreciate you!
