I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a pancake pan I recently purchased from your store. The quality of this product was absolutely horrible. It performed so poorly that it was completely unusable, and I have already had to throw it out. I am very disappointed with this purchase as it was a total waste of money. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration regarding the quality of the kitchenware products you carry.

Item got here in about a week. Sadly the box was held together by tape, which would explain why the item appeared to be pre-used and not sharp at all. It could cut through paper but nothing g thicker.
