No customer service and NO QUALITY CONTROL. Like at the bare minimum… please read. They sent me used underwear (specifically a used ADHESIVE BRA.) The package not only was opened and jagged from scissors - but the bra inside was obviously worn for a significant amount of time. Hair, dirt, and what was probably skin cells was very visible. The protective plastic covering was ripped and poorly placed back on. When I messaged the seller about it they simply told me to contact Walmart to handle it. Ew. Walmart originally asked me to returned, and I said that was disgusting as they obviously didn’t make sure they weren’t selling used products.
They finally told me I could get refunded without returning because I was a “valued customer.” Wow thanks so much for eventually letting me throw a biohazard away and giving my money back. Not that ANY of this part has to do with the seller because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT. BOOOOOOO. Yuck on you. I hope this seller gets removed because I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to. I hope I can block them somehow, otherwise I will just be making sure I never by accidentally buy third party from Walmart. What a joke anyway, what is this, eBay?
