this seller took too long to deliver item. please down be in a hurry to get item because it takes about 3 weeks to get. the seller does respond promptly but delivery is terrible.

The HP USB-C Dock G5 I received was represented as new, but the unit was clearly used and heavily worn. The dock label and serial number indicate it was manufactured around June 2022, and the housing and label show obvious scuffs, wear, and peeling consistent with prior use. The included 120W HP power supply appears genuine, but its date code indicates it was manufactured in 2024, nearly two years after the dock. This strongly suggests the seller paired a used dock with a newer replacement power supply rather than supplying a new factory-packaged unit. The power supply was also missing the cable to plug into the wall outlet. The dock I received was also part number 5YH27AV%23ABA, while the Walmart listing identified the product as 5YH26AV%23ABA. Although the two models are functionally similar, I did not receive the exact part number advertised. I am returning the product because it was not in the new condition represented by the listing. Walmart should review this seller's inventory and product-condition descriptions so other customers do not receive used equipment when ordering a new product.

I ordered this over a month ago. It was taking so long I forgot about it and when I looked it up on Walmart's web site they claimed they delivered it weeks ago which THEY DID NOT. Now it's too late to request a refund on Walmart's web site so I'm at their mercy for a replacement. I will gladly take this negative review down if they honor the $150 I gave them for a part I never received.

Product listed as "new" in description, but received product clearly marked as "refurbished" when it arrived.

Arrived on time. Arrived well packed. Not 100% certain this was factory sealed, but all part included, in perfect condition.
