Great Product. Boswella is a natural anti-inflamatory, and the turmeric has multiple benefits, and the tart cherry is also an anti inflamatory. I have a lot of arthritis everywhere, and have been using this product for quite a while now, and sometimes take 2-3 a day depending on my arthritic maintenance needs. Well Priced for it as well. Took me forever to find it. So happy I did. Works as intended.
