I gave always had issues with my weight. The problem has always been my appetite. Unless you have lived with a strong appetite, it is hard to understand. I chose Lean-10 mainly for the Glucomannan, which is supposed to expand in the stomach and give you a full feeling. The other ingredients and their supposed fat burning properties were why I just didn't buy glucomannan by itself. I have been taking Lean-10 for over two weeks now. I take it three times a day (even if I am not getting ready to eat a meal). The latest I'll take it is at 6pm because I'm not sure what the feeling woukd be overnight. It took a week before I felt any fullness, and the cravings were still there and sometimes failed to resist them. My problem wasn't really the meals, but wanting to eat in-between them. Presently, I feel positive effects. Staying with the routine of taking three a day, the cravings have lessened. When they do come, I actually start to think differently about them. It is like my brain is signalling that I'm hungry in between meals, but my stomach is telling me it is fine. I always thought there was some mental component to my appetite because before Lean-10, I would sometimes eat junk, and get a stomach ache. I would then wonder why I acted upon the cravings. My brain was saying I was starving between meals but my stomach said afterwards, 'What are you doing?' I have been able to recognize when I really am hungry from my mind baiting me into eating. I am hoping that being more self aware will translate into better habits. The physical change I see is that my belly has gone down a bit. I was 288 pounds when I started Lean-10, and now I am 280. I did not expect the weight loss this fast. I waited for the two week mark, because I really didn't feel any miraculous change. My energy level is somewhat up, but I'm not running marathons. The fulness doesn't feel like pain or even a noticeable feeling of being full. I notice it when I get a craving spell. There has not been any side effects for me. Just drink more than a gulp of water (but you don't need a full 16oz bottle, either). I didn't mean for this review to be so long, but I thought I would give a detailed idea of how Lean 10 affected me.

Gives an energy boost and curvs appetite but take care that one of the ingredients changes how the body digests medications and other supplements, it is recommended to not take other supplements or medications until at least 4 hours after.
