Product shipped as promised, was packaged well, and arrived without any problems

For this item I am pleased but I ordered top and was very disappointed, it was the opposite.

I ordered a size 11, 11 why did they send me a 6 1/2, do you not look at the size before sending out. Frustrating as these keds are hard to come by.

Poor communication. Did not answer two requests for an exchange, despite Walmart's assurance of hearing back within 24 hours.

Well made and though a little light on the material information, good information that is accurate.

Wrong color picture is deceiving. The only reason I was willing to pay extra was for the pretty color on the picture. I didn’t see the small print. It is so ugly this purple color. I will never wear this.

My item never arrived. When trying to contact them several times, they never replied in a timely manner (if at all).

Start making clothing that actually fits American adults! Use better quality fabric, especially when making thermal underwear!
