The charger arrived Damaged /Defective with 3/17" gap /void on the back top left back panel plate of the Streamlight Charger ordered through Walmart.com. I emaiked the SELLER on Walmart.com being The Fire Store and they DELAYED REAPONSES on each of the Three emailes i sent and made nothing but excuses about the incident, i sent them detailed pictures and an explanation and got alot of DEFLECTION on the subject. Walmart REMOVED thr SELLER "The Fire Store" after inrespoted the incident after the second email from Walmart.com. My experience with the SELLER is at best 1/5. They did an impeccable job in providing BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE on the subject and issue at hand with NO SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION otherthan providing me with a "OLD SCHOOL (NON-SMART RETURN LABEL) three days after my initial call and email to them concerning the defective item. The Seller agreed to SEND me a NEW Replacement Charger of the same model nbr.: 75105 and have not as they agreed to do so after receiving the RETURN. Two days after they received thr RETURN NOTICE and no email or replacement sent, invoice, or tracking number. All email correspondence from the Seller were fowarded to the CEO of "The Fire Store" and still NO PRIORITY Action taken on the incident and replacement to date as promised by the SELLER on the THIRD Email to CEO and staff. Again NO FOLLOW-UP SINCE THE RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED TWO BUSINESS DAYS AGO. Not Cool At All...

Great Flashlights with a simple On-Off feature. There are two switch options, a side light and a straight on light. These are also easy to find in a dark room as they do glow a bit. We have these in every room and in the garage. Convenient to use anywhere.

The picture of what i ordered you show in this email is not what was sent i did not get a piggyback with a second battery and i did nor receive a wall plug
