I am trying to return this purchase and they are not willing to support me at all. Walmart.com told me to speak to the seller and the seller told me to speak to Walmart.

Order came as promised. All parts were in the box.No complaint.

Got the exact product i was wanting and works great.

Never came they lied about me not scheduling a delivery date and time when i did and it still didn't arrive because they put it to be returned on there side

Described accurately, packaged well and arrived on time with available tracking updates.

Quick shipping and by far the best packing for product protection

Item was exactly as advertised and the shipping was quick. The only issue I had was with the quality of my items and that rests on the manufacturers shoulders.

I paid entirely too much for an air conditioner without a face. Now I don't know if this thing works or not. For the money I paid I'm thinking I'm getting a new unit. Now I'm starting to think they are selling refurbished products now for new appliances prices and through Walmart. Now I'm having thought about future purchases through Walmart. Very unsatisfied. And it's hot. Now i have to take this one out and reinstall the old small air conditioner when I needed this big one. The last big unit I had went out and it was bought from Sears and it went out of business thats how I ended up with a small unit to get by with up until I found this one and liked it. Now the credibility is gone. Seller needs to verify all parts before shipping
