Listing was not obviously marked as marketplace. When item was not true to size (disproportionate in length versus width typical of size), item was not easy to return, requiring a trip to the store, a 45 min chat with a bot and then an hour long phone call to customer service. Returns should not be that hard, especially when an item is not obviously marked as marketplace and when item lacks quality and true sizing .
