Priority Tire

Hello TryingToBeACoolMom! We appreciate your feedback. As per the communication regarding this order- the images originally provided showed a tire which was not visibly mounted on a rim. Subsequent images, which confirmed the DOT was from 2021, were provided, and through them, we saw the tires were mounted, at which point we offered compensation of up to $50, which was not accepted. While we understand that the production date of the tires is from 2021, even though there is no actual evidence that the specific tires on your vehicle came from us, as all original packaging was lost, we were, and still are, willing to offer compensation previously mentioned. With that being said, our policy is clear- we do not accept returns of mounted and used tires, regardless of their age, as the age of the tires, fitment of the tires (to the specific vehicle), their quality and physical health are to be inspected by the installer, prior to mounting the tire on the vehicle. If any issues are detected, it is to be reported immediately, and a free return is provided, however, once the tires are mounted, the return is no longer accepted. Furthermore, any defects that occur after the tires are mounted, which are not physically visible, are not something we could've noticed at the moment of shipping them either, without mounting them, and if we did mount and test every tire, we would not be able to sell them as New Condition tires (meaning they were not mounted or used). For such defects, the manufacturer provides a standardized warranty of craftsmanship and materials, which we can help you file with them. The performance of the tires is something that is advertised as per the manufacturer's information, and if they are not satisfactory, it is unfortunately not something we can guarantee, as it depends on a plethora of factors, including but not limited to outside factors (such as the vehicle they're mounted on, the road conditions, the quality of said road, way of use and user intent compared to design intent), and the style, manufacturing, and design of tread. Hello Carlos! The first time we received any sort of communication regarding this case was on the 20th of July, shortly before this review was left. As advised, since the return policy was not followed, and the return was done without us being informed of it, we would have to request of you to contact Walmart for further assistance, as they're the responsible party for handling this return.
