I only got wrong product from the seller so far. Shipping was quick, item was good quality. I'd do business with them again.

We ordered a 14-piece pack of Pure Era carpet stair treads through Walmart.com. But after we installed the stair treads and then realized that one piece was missing. We left a message at Pure Era customer service webpage, and they quickly sent us two replacement pieces. We are truly grateful for their dedication and responsibility towards their products and customers' rights. We are 100% satisfied.

I had not contact with the seller. Description was accurate. A little too small for a king comforter duvet. Fabric was great. Color was accurate.

Didn't get my order. And you all already took the money out of my bank account. What a shame!
