Hallmark Christmas Ornament (Pokémon Pikachu on Poké Ball), 1 count

My ornament was shipped in a paper envelope and the ornament packaging was squished and had tears in the box. The shipper could have used bubble wrap or a harder package to ship it. It was a gift so I kept it because I didn’t have time to replace it. Thankfully the ornament wasn’t damaged.

product arrived in packaging that had already been opened - it was reassembled with in the damaged original box secured with packing tape and string rather than standard plastic strapping. Looked used and did not seem appropriate to gift as intended. returned.

Sent me a BROKEN and USED item but still charged me almost $25!! The box it was in was UNDAMAGED, so I know it was put in that box already broken. I'll be sure to watch who I buy from going forward and will NEVER buy anything from this seller again. If I could have left NEGATIVE stars, I would have done that! BUYERS BEWARE!!

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.
