I ordered a rear window wiper blade. I arrived quickly and I had no problems installing it. The wiper was as described and I am happy with the seller.

Either this guy didn't tell Walmart that we refused delivery for this item, which was returned to him and he kept the return or Walmart blatantly lied about the return. I'm not sure which company was untruthful, but we tried to cancel the order no more than 2 hours after it was ordered and was told to refuse the item if Walmart could not cancel it and to refuse the shipment if it was shipped, which we did. We will never deal with Bill Smith Auto Parts or Walmart.com ever again.

I have no complaints. The part arrived promptly, as advertised, well packaged, it fit, no issues at all.

Part was in perfect condition and fit my car perfectly. They shipped it next day and it was quicker than any rim that the tire place could even find.
