Clearly used. Literally still has grass stains on it and a little scraped up. “Open box description was-Excellent condition with no signs of usage and still in its original packaging. Packaging can be open or show signs of wear, but original accessories must be included. Instructions are included for appropriate categories.” This is not the case. Box is destroyed which is fine, but item was clearly used and not even attempted to be cleaned. Haven’t used it yet, we’ll see if I have any issues. Many of the seller reviews state similar issues with description not being accurate.

!!NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM THEM!! I ordered a Galaxy S24 FE (unlocked) from VIP outlet seller, but they sent me an AT%26T-locked phone, even though the Walmart listing explicitly stated that the phone was unlocked. I trusted them and didn't check the phone when it arrived because I was leaving the country, and the phone was a gift for a friend. After landing, I found out that the phone was locked. I emailed the seller right away and told them they had sent me a locked phone and that it was already out of the country. They replied saying I could return it. I explained that I wouldn't be back for a few months, and they agreed to exchange it since the mistake was on their end, not mine. When I returned, I emailed them again to arrange the exchange, but this time they refused, saying the return window had already passed. So now I'm stuck with a phone I can't even use because it's locked.

I recently purchased the system but when I opened the box they only send me the filters and a very bad customer service. I would not recommend purchasing it.

These shelves are garbage. The metal wire bends with just your hands. They’re not rigid or strong at all.

Solid seller! Shipped fast. Ordered an "open box" ONN Tablet and while it was indeed opened... it came with everything and looked brand new! Very happy with the item and seller :)
