I purchased a high-end item from this seller on the Walmart app, and I wrapped and gifted the same. The unveiling revealed pre-opened chipped crystal / damaged product. Other reviews indicate similar problems. Seller did not respond to my inquiry. In hindsight, maybe some will say I share in the blame for for not scrutinizing reviews. I believe in personal accountability, but for this one I blame Walmart. They can but are not dealing with VIPSales out of Miami.
