Honest and upfront about expectations. It is an open box item. It works how it should.

First one we bought was open box %26 was busted so we went to the store %26 splurged on a new one. We tent camp %26 wanted something to put up if we’re somewhere without much shade available. It’s worked great so far! Easy to put up quickly with two people, pretty sturdy (we bought heavy duty stakes after reading some reviews) %26 protects our food %26 coolers from just sitting out in the sun or in a hot car! We’ve only used it twice so can’t speak to how it holds up over a long period of use but no complaints this far
