I will admit this has been very painful experience. I purchased 2 on June 13 2026. 1 of the two came in literally destroyed. Who ever checks these before resale is a sad excuse of a person. The other one was packaged as if it was nearly new as it should be. Upon sending it back, conveniently for VIPOUTLET they ended the sale so i was stuck with paying over 50$ more for the item....how nice of them. After nearly two weeks. i received my replacement at full open box price i might add.......it was missing the power cord/ac adapter. At this point i am 100% sure they either never check the boxes upon returned or they just do not care at all. The description states all needed items included ............well that's not true. So a message has been sent by Walmart to VIPOUTLETto resolve this.........i would be cautious purchasing from them because 2 out of 3 items had issues upon receiving them. Lets see if they make this right.
