Item did not arrive in the condition listed and it turns out it is not actually sold by Walmart, even though it clearly said “sold by Walmart”.

No communication with seller, there was no need. The box was sealed with packing tape, no dents,or tears. Opening the box was easy, Vacuum was packed as if straight from the store, everything was in place, all separate items in original plastic wrap. We are happy with product, and like it. I used it once, no issues, I think its easy, handy,andva good decent purchase for our home. Thank you.

You stole my money. I returned this item and I got a 0.01 return.

Some of the instructions could be a little better and I feel like there’s a flaw in the drain design

Sent me an item with no ANC. Very disappointed. Contacted Walmart and was told that they’re unable to offer a replacement and to repurchase online. Now the price has gone up. Super unfair. Hoping Walmart will help rectify this issue.

Trash! I pd for a specific Air conditioner with a remote and was sent totally different one without a remote. I wrote to the seller asking for the correct Air conditioner or some type of refund due to them sending me the wrong. one. Still haven’t heard from them.
