responsive/polite but unhelpful customer service. The agents asks for lots of photos for the damage claim and photos of inside/outside a package is not something people would normally take as they’re removing a chest from its boxing. Then the push me off to Walmart to get my refund when the third party instructions on Walmart’s site say clearly to go to the seller is just unprofessional. The wording that it’s my responsibility to reconcile with Walmart vs Bison Commerce doing the “leg-work” is terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

So far, so good. I would buy it again and recommend it to others. The price matches its quality.

Bison sent the bookcases to the wrong address in another state. They said it was because Walmart gave them the incorrect address after I wrote very specific instructions that the items should be delivered during business hours since it was a business. They claimed there is a glitch in the system and the address reverted to an address I shipped to previously. This was very very inconvenient since it was a whole different state and I had to ask my son in law to move the heavy large boxes into the house and then prepare them to ship back and put them outside the date of pick up. Very inconvenient and no credit given.

I received the wrong item but didn’t notice it until after the Angi’s contractor assembled it. I received the three door instead of the two door. I read another review that explained the same thing happened to them. For this reason, double check the item when you receive it.

Sends damaged items, not upfront about shipping costs and inflexibility with returns. Waste of money.

I was told I didn't have to reach out because I would get my refund, even though the wrong item was sent to me only because they did not have in stock what I did order.

the chair is defective on arrival, and the seller was non responsive even after multiple attempt to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Excellent packaging and easy assembly - delivered to porch so I had to hire some ment to move it upstairs for me - boo. Consider helping folks to the room of their choice, please. It takes 5 minutes. 😉
