I ordered an Emjoi manicure KIT. I received a package with 4 refill rollers for the kit and didn't get the devise or manicure accessories that were supposed to come with it. Now what do I do? I can return the refills but where is the correct order? How do I correct their mistake?

This is a great file but look for the one that comes with the smoothing file too. Smoothes your feet very well.

I used it for a really old foot scrubber and it fit and worked perfectly
