Luggage set is well made and package is best way to keep it safe for delivery. The seller have delivered a stunning luggage set on time. Very commendable job.

If I could give zero stars and still write this I would. I ordered 6 chairs. One of the chairs is missing a bolt in a leg and will not hold a screw to attach to the chair. No number or name to contact on the instructions. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for a replacement part. Three emails via Walmart and all they say is they forwarded to the seller. No response. I looked up the seller and they said I need to go thru Walmart. So frustrated. I just need a new leg for a chair. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

This is a nice chair, but not as great quality or as comfortable as I would've hoped it would be. Furniture isn't made the same as it used to be. Things used to be made for a good quality and made to last.

Bad customer service, after receiving 1 chair with mildew on the bottom of it, try to make a replacement, you were contacted, then after almost 48 hours i got an email saying I need to send pictures and I did, then after almost 1 week I got an email saying since we didn't hear from you it means that the problem was solved.you have a non professional customer service.
