Was an absolute nightmare. They delivered it on a palate in the middle of my driveway when I wasn’t home. It worked for a couple weeks , then the control buttons stopped working properly, within a couple days it stopped working completely. Had to hire a moving company to move it back onto the driveway, place it on its side onto a palate , wrapped and strapped down for the trucking company to pick it up. Not one single thing about this entire process went smoothly. The seller did communicate via email and gave me polite, prompt, and helpful information. That’s the only positive thing I can think of. I ended up spending several hundred dollars, and spent lots of hours contacting and communicating with all these different people . I had to find, schedule, pay for, and organize all of the moving arrangements, in addition to the several thousand on the hot tub.

I ordered 9 sets of drawers from Spreetail, however, they only send me 7 of those sets. Their customer service takes an extremely long time to respond to inquiry. I am very disappointed. Spreetail, if you want me to update the rating, send me what I paid for.

seam problem in 2 spots big ones NOT cool disappointed grand kids.Had delivered cause won't fit into my car 18x48 Big and not cheap .Do better pick this one up and bring me one that is NOT damaged .Like I paid for.

I was very happy with this company. communication concerning delivery delay was quickly answered. Tracking my item was easy and kept me updated and item was received intact with no damages or missing pieces. Order was received one week of placing the order.
