Returns have to go through Walmart instead of providing a return shipping label. But then when asking Walmart about your refund they say they can’t help because it’s a third party but the item has to be dropped off at a Walmart store. The JBL clip 5 I bought battery would not hold a charge it would only play about 15 minutes and cut off every time. I will be checking to see if items I’m purchasing is truly shipped by Walmart or not from here on out.
