Sent me a helmet with no face Gaurd and now I gotta wait 2 to 3 weeks to get my money backI’ll never order from them again

I contacted the seller about this football helmet which includes a face mask in the picture on the Walmart site. however, I was told by the seller that the helmet does not include a face mask! now who wants a football helmet without a face mask! the seller was very nonchalant and unapologetic. he said that they are trying to get the photograph corrected without a face mask, but it hasn't been done yet. the helmet should never have been placed on the ad with a face mask to begin with! very disappointed in this seller!

i never received my order. it says delivered but no where to be found.

Order was late and they never communicated that to me. Instead they sent a too large white shirt instead as a way to say sorry but your helmet is being shipped separately and will not be on time. Then I call the next day and they said everyone was in a meeting and would call me back when they got out. Never received a call so I called back the next day. I received the helmet three days after and it was missing the face mask. How do you even use a helmet without the face mask? Horrible experience

to hard of plastic not really needed for so much hardness on a shirt... there's gotta be softer plastic

No communication was exchanged. I only learned that this was a 3rd party listing when it was returned to the store

Not heavy enough to slide on my asphalt painted court

horrible they advertised 12lbs dumbells for $20 %26 sent me 4lbs they refused to swmd me the correct weights

I have to give them a bad rating because they said that it was a used size in their description football pants and they were a toddler size small instead of a youth small
