First shipment was delayed , canceled or some other problem. Status don’t move for 1 to 2 weeks. I send several emails before shipment was made.

Wasn't thrilled with their slow shipping time, but they were very quick to answer questions. They shipped and it was delivered on time.

Seller kept me informed of delivery date. And it arrived as expected.

Very easy transaction. I liked that it was made to order. It arrived when they said it would. No problems.

Haven't had direct dealings with the manufacturer yet. If I do end up deciding to return the mattress, I may have to amend my review of Brooklyn Bedding accordingly due to either how easy or difficult they make it.

Incorrect size. attempted multiple times to remedy and agreed on a discount to never receive it or further communication in 2 months.

we've had good luck with our mattresses from Brooklyn in the past but this one wasn't the best. Shipping was faster than we expected though so that was a bonus! I probably should have had my son call for customer service help but he didn't

Dreamfoam by Brooklyn Bedding is there value brand. And from my understanding are made to the same high quality standards as the Brooklyn Bedding branded mattresses. They might not have all the bells and whistles as the branded mattresses, but for the price I believe they are unbeatable!

Awesome product, fast shipping, definitely worth the price!
