I received it in a timely fashion and it worked well but you need to recommend bringing a bucket of water and a scrub brush.

I’m sure the shipper is okay but the armpit cleaner was a NOPE. Didn’t work at all.

Seller didn't include the polishing pads that were supposed to be included with the hard water remover paste and no way to contact them about it.

Wrong product first time and had to return for refund. Second order product came correct.

Item description and actual product didn’t match. The description said it would include two scrubbing pads with the polish but only received the polish. The way this was packaged it would have been impossible to include the pads.

Need quality control on the parts that are in the bag.

Not happy that the delivery person can't read. Look at the picture and you see the package was left on top of the blue box. Clearly the sign reads Please place package inside. Thank you. When they do something this stupid and it is raining or about to. The package and things inside get wet! The sign is very visible.
