I was desperate for a solution to rid a basement room of a dead mouse odor. I ordered 2 of these, (although by their recommendations, only 1 was necessary for the sq footage). After 2 days odor was noticeably less. After 5 days, no odor at all. I do notice the bags are a little "chalky" on the outside, so you may want to take that in consideration when you set them somewhere
